Wouldn't the double sided tape used to adhere the new emblem cover the old holes?

i know it'll cover it, but i was wondering if you needed anything else to SECURELY seal the wholes before applying the emblem. if not needed, great, less work for me, but i'd rather be safe than sorry.
great handle by the way.

Just make sure that the double sided tape covers the holes. If you are using
3m then no prob. That stuff is strong.
