Default Will Nismo Spoiler bolt on?

Right now I have the stock spoiler on my 350z. I was thinking of getting the nismo spoiler when I get my body kit so they can all be painted at the same time. Are the mounting holes on the stock spoiler the same as the Nismo? I don't want to have to patch my trunk lid.

2 of them are. You will then have to make 4 new ones.

They do not match up. I have one going on as we speak. They had to drill 2 new holes and fill my others and feather match my paint. I also had my donut removed (nissan badge).

If you get a JDM Nismo wing (replica), the base is wider and it will cover the holes from the stock spoiler. I think the JDM version is much better looking than the USDM version anyway.
