Default front bumper protection

I'm getting an INGS +1 full kit installed as we speak, and I want to know what sort of options are out there for protecting this new front bumper. I'm very unfamiliar with that sort of thing, I know that I can't get a bra or anything because it's aftermarket, so what does that leave me with?

beware the "n00b patrol", but i'll answer.
you can get a clear bra installed on any bumper, not just the OEM.
but if you're like me, just resign yourself to repainting every year or two. it's just the nature of the low bumper.
lookup clear bra installers in your area, should be able to do it for around $400.

JEBUS $400? I'll just get it repainted when it needs it for that price...

My 03 SB's front end is a nightmare. I still haven't decided what to do about it. The cheapest option might actually be finding an OEM replacement here on the forums. Ugh.

I had The Ding Company install a clear bra on my Kuruma bumper, $375 total. Oscar did a great job and he had to do some custom work to get the correct fitment. Even layed the clear bra underneath the bumper lip. If you get to Austin, call Oscar at The Ding Company, he should be able to give you a good quote....tell him Gilbert with the white Z recommended ya.

I am very satisfied with the clear bra. Just wash and the bumper comes out looking brand new every time. It's worth it to me.

hey...i know this may be off topic of the clear bra but i didnt want to start a new thread if I didnt need to.
Im about to go on a 600 mile trip mostly highway and wanted to know if there was a quick fix to give some extra protection to the front bumper. I saw VO had the use of blue tape but was wondering if there was anything else.
