Has anyone done this? Similar to the sileighty conversion done on the 240sx.

 

I think I remember someone looking into this and it would require quite a bit of modification (some custom fab) and cost to do so.

 

You are probably just better off buying a G if this is what you want to do... It will be pricey.

A G35 Headlight conversion would still be a little costly, but you could probably cut, mod, and mold them in for $1000 or less...

 

no, but i've seen a mitsu eclipse with a g35 rear and a z front bumper somewhere.

Similar? It's kind of similar, like putting a Miata front end onto a Ferrari 360 modena...

that is the g@yest thing I have ever heard of!!! if you want the look of a G then BUY A G!! you know how people put Bently grills on those 300c's (or w/e its called) once again... that is the g@yest thing EVER!! yea yea I know some ppl will say " SOME PEOPLE CAN'T AFFORD A 500K CAR AND THEY WANT THE LOOK OF A BENTLY BLAH BLAH BLAH" Well a G isn't that much more then a Z soo if you want that look go get your self one!

 

I thought of doing this a while ago when I still had my Z...

I looked up all the parts... your looking around $3K before paint and labor....

not knowing if the fenders are going to line up / hood etc...

there are pictures of someone who did a G35 Coupe Rear End on a Roadster floating around... (doesnt work IMHO)

Dear god why? Your car would have to be medicated by a psychiatrist to overcome that kind of identify crisis.

 

+1 with the idea of puttin the G's *** on the z33.

however most will consider this blasphemous, as do i. best to leave each car alone IMHO
