Default Nismo Shifter Rattling

I just had my local dealer install the Nismo shift ****, however it is making alot of rattling noises. It makes the noises whenever i move the shifter, whenever there is tranny vibration, or whenever i shift in/out of gear. I don't think this is to be expected, however I just want confirmation. Is this something that the dealer can easily fix?

I cant twist it off, im not sure how the dealer put it on. I'm thinking about just calling them and having them fix it.

DITTO!!!!!! This is what happened to mine. The stupid metal ring was left in there and it came loose about 3 months after I put the **** in. I took it back off and found that stupid thing rolling around. Take it out, and it will be silent.
