Yep - UK term bonnet

It was cut by a panel fabricating bodyshop, as you need to cut through some of the support structure underneath (double layer) and yes it was resprayed.

Why not just get Do-Luck to vent the bonnets for you - I am sure that he could get this sorted for you?

So do you plan on fabricating some sort of water guard?

 

May just use two pieces of thin black anodised aluminium behind the cutouts in the event of rain - that could be trimmed to size and flexed to locate into the voids between the bonnet skin aluminium and the substructure, without too much hassle

Will have to play once it is on the car

Depends what you want - the raised hood with vents could look - hope it comes off

This might have been answered earlier on but how is this GB going to work? Will we have to send full payment way in advance or make a deposit?
I don't mind waiting months for the hood but not crazy about sending $900 before its even molded.

 

I'm pretty sure Tommy said a deposit like with his V2 bumper GB. Let me go look back through some of the posts.
