Need Tips on installing a CF LIP

Need Tips on installing a CF LIP
i have the seibon CF front lip, and it does NOT have any holes on it, so im guessing that i would have to drill my own holes on it and 3M tape the center part. anyone have tips on installing this lip and what parts i need in order to put this on.
