How much will I need to modify my front bumper to accomodate such a lip?

I have the same lip... to install all you need is some 3m double sided tape for the middle of the bumper, and you use the 2 factory screws on each side under the bumper to fasten. It is a very tight fit, and takes some finesse to get the sides on properly.

Do you have an 03-05 or 06 Z? Reason why I'm asking is because this does not fit the 06's.

So there is no drilling into the factory front bumper to install this then?

That would be great!
