Its very simple and straight foward. I just used a carpenter knife on my bumper. Once you get the blade into the bumper, it slides really easy. From personal experience you will need to trim the side that is closer to the Nissan emblem.

Yes , cut it yourself. Buy a brand new cutting knife (like a box cutter). It cuts like butter. You don't need to worry about cutting it perfect as the air duct goes over the cutting anyway. Just use the template, give it your best shot to follow the lines, and you'll be fine.

I could really use a copy of this Evo-R template. I wrecked up my front and need to install the duct on my aerosync I'm getting. I emailed Evo-R and they have not yet responded with the template (been about a week).

Thanks in advance if you can supply this!!

I hope not, or else that is one hell of a HUGE intake!

On the other hand, if it is not actual size, then what use is it?

Wouldn't one's screen resolution effect the size of the template as well? I think that is why this would have to be posted as a pdf that you would download and print out.

So yeah, that is a very good question.

That template above will work for the Varis or Evo-R ones as they are the same. One is the original and the other is the copy.

So is the one above correct size or no? It looks huge. If I fit to a 8.5x11 page will it be appropriate size?

Just try it bro. You'll know when you print it. Since you have the duct, all you need to do it put the duct on the template and see.
