I've noticed that my Z headset made my neck hurt from all the strain on it. It pushes my head forward and supports my back, leaving a gap between my shoulder-neck area and the seat.
I pulled out the headrest and put it in backwards and it allows my head to lean back for better comfort. It might lean back slightly too much, but I'd rather have it this way than the way it was stock. Anyone notice neck strains?

my head has never even touched the headrest, but one thing that came to mind is in case of an accident, it may be better to have it the way the engineers designed it to be able to help absorb impact. just a thought.
