without messing up the paint or leaving holes?

No.

With patience you can remove the spoiler without harming the paint but nobody can remove the spoiler without leaving holes. This is because the spoiler is attached with two bolts and two clips, each leaving a hole for a total of 4 holes.

Thats what I needed to know. Guess I need to keep looking for a Z without the aero package.

Will the Nismo spoiler cover those holes? Or is it a differant pattern?

The NISMO spoiler uses 2 of the 4 holes and covers the other 2.

What kind of adhesive is holding down the wing in addition to the bolts/clips?

Anyone have removal steps/procedures/advice?

Doublestick foam tape.

As for advise, I goofed my deck lid up when I removed mine so I don't think I'm qualified to give advice on this.
