With patience you can remove the spoiler without harming the paint but nobody can remove the spoiler without leaving holes. This is because the spoiler is attached with two bolts and two clips, each leaving a hole for a total of 4 holes.

Thats what I needed to know. Guess I need to keep looking for a Z without the aero package.

As for advise, I goofed my deck lid up when I removed mine so I don't think I'm qualified to give advice on this.
