Default Need Help With Vertex Kit.

How did you guys cut a hole for the front tow hook. my shop didnt cut a hole and now the front scoop is being bent by the front tow hook.

should i just dremel a hole or should i let the shop do it.

and if i do dremel a hole, is there a BIG chance of the front bumper cracking?

dont just take the hook off it will not look clean anymore

since it's painted if anyone (you or shop) tries to cut a hole it may crack the
paint.

I wouldn't recommend cutting it. You will need to get some kind of extender or custom mount for a tow hook due to the location of the OEM tow hook mount in relation to the bumper. The Vertex kit actually hangs over the mount which means even though you'll be able cut a hole & mount the hook, the bumper itself would get in the way of the cable which may actually cause damage to your bumper. I'm currently searching for an alternative now but have not found one that I like.
