97supratt,

Can you set me up with the vendor where you got the blitz wing. I have been wanting that wing for quite some time.

Thanks!

Very nice, what kind of paint and primer did you use? I'd like to give a go at it myself.

Can you only get the Blitz wing from Blitz USA? Dont they have any distributors?
Anyone doing a replica? (last option I would choose)

Yeah, someone else suggested the Blitz earlier. It's nice, but if I were to change from OEM, I prefer the looks of the Motorsport wings over the Blitz. I don't like how to Blits has that little part that stretches out to the hatch edges; makes it look more tacked on than other wings that flow better, IMO.

Actually, I first sanded it down with 1000 grit, primered it, then painted it.

The motorsports wing looks OK. Are there better pics of it around?

The blitz wings are actually still on back order. If you guys are willing to do a small group buy I might get it down to $370 + shipping if 4+ people are interested.

The ETA currently is 6 weeks. Pre-orders are necessary to reserve the wings.

I can also have the wings painted for $100 each and ship them out.

dang, the blitz wing is tight! i like it because it isn't as elaborate as the rest. it flows with the car really well, but 6 weeks?? is there anywhere we could find replicas?

i would be willing to pay like $350 max for a painted one, but beyond that is just too much for me to spend on a similar to stock wing. If money was no issue... i'd definitely buy it.

Nope, no replicas sorry.

I was actually looking for a replica myself but couldn't find any, so I bought the last real blitz wing.

Here's some pics of the daytona wing. The back of the wing sits right on the edge.

Great pics. Nice angles. Daytona ducktails a little too much for my taste. I'd like to see more angles of both the Blitz and LeMans on member's cars...

The Daytona wing is my most favorite wing I've seen yet! Admittedly, it does look a lot like the TT's, but I like the TT.

The only thing keeping me from buying either the Laguna or the Daytona is a total lack of information:

1. Would I have to drill new holes?
2. Would I have to fill the old ones?

If I knew what I was getting into, I'd have already ordered one of those two.

Blitz ftw!

No holes, perfect fitment, excellent quality, and a fit and finish that is just as good as OEM.
