i installed these Logisys LED tubes that came with 8 flashing functions. When they are powered on they are on a flashing mode and i must press the mode button 7 times to get them to just be consistantly on. Does anyone know if its possible to just get the neon to be consistantly on when they are powered instead of flashing? Kinda sucks to press the button 7 times to function thru the flashes to just get a consistant light
