Default Could I fix this?? *Pic*

Reminder I got this car off autotrader just the way it is except for the rims.

Ok, so I got this car acouple of months ago and I saw that it had a rubber band tied around, and under the shift ****. When I took it off it exposed what you see below. I was just wondering if I could fix it? Thanks.

Lol, Ya I didn't think it would be easy. Well I just don't under stand how it got like that? I will just have the dealership take a look and have it done. I'm just picky about the little things.

Looks like someone swapped out the boot and did a sh!tty job on taking the original off.

If you're picky, buy a new one... you won't be happy until you do.
