Default Any interest in a replica of the KS-Auto Burnout kit??

Ive spoken with a body kit manufacture about reproducing this kit, and they asked me to gauge interest in it, before anything happens. Im getting this kit regardless, just seeing if anyone else was interested in something that no one really has yet.

Its the KS-Auto Burnout KD-IV kit for the 03-05 350z (sorry 06 guys!)
Its a pretty simple lip kit that keeps clean lines and a low key look. Here are some pictures of it...

This kit costs about $1300-$1400 IN JAPAN, without shipping it to the US and not including other import fees. All in all, if you get the authentic, it ende up running you about $2000 more or less. I was ROUGHLY quoted about $800+ $100 shipping for the full kit in HYBRID FRP, meaning its very flexible and very strong, yet still lightweight. I personally would love to get a replica of this kit and save me 1200 bucks, lol.

Like i said, im just gauging interest to see if this is something that you folks would be interested in. Im making this one easy and including a POLL! so vote for it folks. Thanks!!! PS. ill be the first to vote... YES!

Looks nice & clean. I like the lip better than the Ings +1 since this one's more aggressive.

looks like a viper with those wheels from the side. I like the rear piece of the kit. it looks like it will flow nicely with the ings lx sides.

I'd say go for it. Seeing carbon copies of my car driving around everywhere is starting to get old.

Sides and rears are pretty cool, however black does hide a lot so a different color would be nice to see how the rears would look. The front is blah, but I definitely give it a thumbs up for being different since people tend to repeat the same kits over and over and over. Why not get the real thing?

I would say... get it installed on your car (hopefully your car is a light color) and post up pics, I'm sure you'll get a lot more interest then.

yeah, but getting an authentic runs me about $1800 plus 8-10 weeks lead time. And if i get it, paint it and put it on then there will have to be another 8-10 weeks wait time to get another kit and more time to actually make a replica of it. Thats why im gauging interest now, cause ill most likely get the authentic.. but im trying to see if anyone else would be interested in getting something new, that not everyone and their momma has.

I would definitely be interested if you can get us some pics. I don't mind waiting since I'd need to save money to get it painted anyway lol. Can you inquire about making it in Urethane also and get a price for that?

the only material available would be hybrid frp, which is just as flexible as urethane, just not at heavy! Light like fiberglass.. flexible like urethane.. best of both worlds
