The surgery required for this would easily stretch into the thousands to tastefully pull off. You would basically have to gut the entire rear section of the support structure in place and graft in the rear interrior structure from a G35. Thats some serious cutting. Dont forget tackling the re-engineering of all the pieces that dont fit. If you had the tools and the facilities and the skillz of a welder/fabricator.... I would estimate 8-12 months off the road to complete.
^ ok fine. You would prob have to rip out the plastic behind the seats (speakers,glove compartment, sub, etc). Ehh why am i wasting my time. It would cost A LOT of money due to the fact that it would be a completely custom job and would look like **** unless you spent enough money to have it done right. The reason no one has done this is for good reason and thats because they offer a 350z with a backseat.....ill give you one guess what car im thinking of....
No, it cannot be done. You'd have to remove the bulkhead behind the seats (major structure of the car) and then you'd still have no floor b/c the gas tank is under there. As said above, case closed.
