sparco wheel

where is the best place to buy sparco wheel and adapter?
can i install it at home?
how hard is it to disengage the steering wheel airbag?

if you need a sparco wheel i have one, but its red and black!!! let me know ill sell it to you for $50.00, it has never been out of the box never used
