Interesting thread. I am about to purchase Aerotrends lambo door kit. I am not sure yet if it is LSD or VDC kit. I was told it is a matter of 6 bolts to install. But, reading above, it seems that i will have to cut my fender??? Correct me if I am wrong. I have a few volunteers, from my club, to help install. Should I just schedule an appt. at a shop? If so, does anyone know a reliable installer in Tampa area?

Thanks! A few of my members made comments it wouldn't look good with a Nismo body kit but maybe they didn't realize I was planning on painting a good portion of it. I love it as well!

Do you know of any kit specifically that *doesn't* require this?

it's a pain in the *** sometimes, there is a certain way you have to open the doors or else you can screw up your fender, or your wiring or worse, your door panel. It took me 10 minutes to get the hang of it and I still have trouble doing it from the inside. Thank god they can be opened horizontally
Lome mine but if I could take them off today I would. Only thing keeping me from going widebody. while we are talking about it wonder if a plasma cutter would get them off nice and clean? Did that mid-A member mike get his off that way?

Just trying to figure out how to install. At a shop or at home with some muscles.
