Where does the HID ballasts mount?

I've got a aftermarket HID kit, and I have no idea where should I mount the Ballasts so it is safe. Does anyone know where does the OEM ballast are mounted. If there is any picture that would be nice. Thank You

OEM ballast are mounted just below the headlight unit.
