Default front bumpers - price for paint, and removal question

If fitment on a bumper is good, and you are extremely careful not to damage the paint, is there any harm in swapping between a stock and aftermarket bumper? for example driving the stock bumper during the week while commuting, and then switching to kit bumper on weekends / nights out?

and then regarding painting, what is a reasonable price to have a body shop paint a bumper that is already primed, without feathering into bodywork or doing prep (just paint bumper on its own - nothing else)? if they are given a sample of the car's paint or can reference the car in person, can the oem paint (06 magnetic black) be matched correctly? 95%? if not, how close?

swapping bumpers would get old so fast, you wouldn't want to do it vey long

about 300-400 to paint a bumper correctly, dont cut corners
