partially moving front bumper

partially moving front bumper
i bought a vairs air duct a week ago, but yet i didnt install the tube because i did not know how to remove the front bumper to install it. can anyone give a little help? thanks

pull back the black plastic fender liner, you will see 2 10mm bolts undo them. repeat on other side.
then pop out all the push in clips under the hood.
this will make the bumper fall foward enough to do what you are looking to do.
to completely remove it you will have to undo some bolts underneath, i forgot how many but i can check for you if you need me to
