Default removing the wheels before splash guards install ?

I called the dealer for the installation fee of the 4 piece splash guards, they want $125. Then I decided to do it myself. I found the instructions from courtesyparts.com, but do I need to
remove the wheels to install the splash guards?
Thanks !

No.

You can turn the front wheels to get to the guard screws. A stubby screwdriver or L-driver helps. Use similar tools for the rear guards. If you have aftermarket wheels clearance may be limited. Most likely the rear wheels will have to be removed.
