Well, after 3 years of daily driving I felt that the LS color was getting a little faded. I liked how the car looked but I was starting to get frustrated with the paint.

So 3 months after going widebody....here's what I'm up to.


Note, that last pic is the new paint going on the car. the paint is made by HotHues/DuPont. Basecoat is psycho silver, candy top is called Molten Orange.

Are you sticking with the same paint color scheme? I love the color also, alittle more "pop" then lemans

 

Nope!! It will be 2 tone, but the body will be all orange, then I'll be doing something really simple yet cool with some airbrushing!

 

What widebody kit are you using? Any more pictures?

 

The old setup looked great in person but pictures did not do it justice...This time around I think the more uniform paint scheme + molded body will be much better in print and just as stunning in person

what do you guys think about this?? this design idea was done by Encline Design in Georgia.

 

are the decals/graphics necessary? i think it would look great with a nice, solid color.

 

I like the orange by itself without the graphics. Solid color FTW! Graphics FTG(garbage)

 

Not a big fan of the tribal graphics or any graphics for that matter. Color looks hawt though.

 

I think the old graphics look better than the new design.

 

No graphics please. Why would you cover up that beautiful color? The graphics definately kill the look of the car for me.

 

was the new design created by the same person who did mike tyson's facial tattoo?

 

wow...no love for the graphics...

truth be told, if you look close you'll see the egyptian eye of horus and I have the same tattoo on my arm and thought this would be a cool extension on that...

 

There's another bright pumpkin orange Z running around florida (non-widebody) that looks a lot like that. I'm sure you saw him at HIN.

I'm going to have to agree that the car would look much nicer with no vinyl.

 

I think I did see him at HIN...but this would not be vinyl...it would be airbrush work. maybe a little more simplified
