Default Front lip install

Can someone give me the low down on how to install an 06 INGS front lip? the 3m tape alone doesnt seem strong enough to hold it, should I just drill a hole on the inner wheel well on each side?

yes, drill some holes on each side, and make sure and use plenty of 3m tape all along the top of the lip.

I know with the authentic v-1...beside's the tape, you use the same 2 bolts on each end of the bumper to secure.

I test fit the INGS lip only with the tape provided, and that damn thing fell off on the road!!!! I ran it over, but luckily it still maintained perfect shape! I will just have to do additional work before it gets painted to get the deep scratches out.

Any other opinions on the best way to mount a big floppy urethane lip?

Are you in the Bay Area? I would like to see the lip if you are.

Im actually in the Los Angeles CA area. I get my lip back from the paint shop tonight, ill post pics asap! Also next on deck will be the V2 carbon rear spoiler (the one that looks flat, kind of like a porsche or g35 spoiler), and a 1" drop. here is a pic of how the car looks now:
