Default rear strut tower cap removal

Anyone know the removal/install procesure for the rear strut tower cap?

I searched and couldn't find anything. There's nothing in the DIY section for it.

It looks simple but I don't want to break anything.

help!?

Hmmm, not what i was looking for. I'm looking to remove the strut bar cover in the rear hatch area. I want to insulate the aluminum plate that has "Z" on it so I can eliminate an annoying rattle. This is the last last rattle I have to fix and it's driving me crazy.
