Default Nismo front air dam

I installed a new Nismo front air dam on my 03 350z.All drill patterns supplied were applied correctly and on the correct sides. When you view my car fron the front the air dam is not straight across on the bottom of the dam yet is higher at the center than both sides (very slightly). It is the same distance from the ground on both sides. Is this the way it is supposed to look? I figured it would be straight across. Looks great anyway yet I was wondering if any of you could tell me.Thanks

The Nismo USDM front lip has a slight arch to it in the center.....no problem - that's the way it's designed. Same on mine & the several others I've seen installed.
