any difference between this VS lip?

I'm pretty sure there's a difference. So which one is the real VS lip?

thats the one carbon limited sent me, they said its the seibon VS lip.

1st picture is the Seibon VS, thats Mikes car he purchased it from me. The second one (white) is another members car on the forum, his is also the Seibon VS.

Seibon lip is lower and sticks out more than VS lip.

How is the fitment for the Seibon VS CF lip? Recently, I had to return my genuine Veilside V1 CF lip because of poor fitment - I'm in dire need of a CF lip.

Can the Seibon VS lips be bolted to the bottom or is it 3m attached?
