Double tinting windows??

Can you do this? My front 2 windows tint is to weak, can they put double layer over it instead of just ripping off the old and putting new on?

I did that on my Prelude and didn't have a problem. 35% platinum with 20% black behind it ftw

i got like 25% now and want it around 20% so it is black and cant see in much but isnt to annoying at nighttime

28%??? Is it just one layer? I didn't think they made 28%, only knew of the typical %'s such as 50, 35, 20, and 5.

Ah, okay. I have 20% on my Z now and find it dark enough. I didn't want to go too dark because I do want the ability to see at night but I do love having my privacy and keeping the sun out.

I got 18% all around. In Florida it is illegal, but not by much. It is slightly difficult to view out the back, but perfect for the front and doors.

I have 20 on the front and 5 everywhere else, can't see ish out the back at night, i have to roll down the window or open the door to back up. But you can see out the sides fine, and i can see out the front perfectly.

my back is 5% little mirrors are 5%..I live in FLorida and am not to worried about getting stopped
