Is there a bumper for the 06 350 that has a air duct already built into it????

 

Any of the full bumper replacements for the Z will work on the '06, including those with built-in ducts. The only issue with fitting aftermarket fronts is adding a lip to the '06 stock bumper, of which there are very few available.
