Hey Guys, I just finished installing the new hatch. As I understand, it is recommended to install the new glass on a hatch that is already mounted, because the glass becomes an integral part of the hatch in terms of structural integrity. In other words, since the CF is more flexible than the stock metal hatch, the flex can actually cause the glass to crack or break. So better be safe and install the glass on a hatch already mounted.

Now how can I mount the stock Struts to hold up the hatch? They don't seem to fit under the new hatch. Has anyone modified it to fit? If so, how? Can you post some pics?

What replacement hatch props can I use, since the original struts are super duty and the CF hatch flies up almost at light speed?
