after it rains my car looks so dirty
i get all these white and brown marks everywhere (looks like i just went off roading or something)
how come my car is the only one that gets all dirty after it rains?
i see other black cars and they look like they just got a car wash
it rained yesturday and i was still driving until the rain stopped and after driving and it got all dried up i get all these white marks
and today i got all the brown marks
y is it that only my car looks like sht

 

uhhh.... every black car gets easly dirty from anything. Not just rain..

 

I agree. Mine is clean only after I wash it. A short drive and it looks like it needs washing again.

 

+1, i've heard the mechs at my dealership comment on it, say "what the, did this guy take his car off roading or something?"

mind you i'm living in a new development so mud and dirt are unavoidable when it rains.

 

just wax it in the garage while it's raining. You'll always come back sparkling clean the day after the rain.

 

I have never take the car out in the rain or on a wet day but even the dust and pollen layer on the Super Black. I wash the car every week ... sometimes everytime I take it out.

When clean it does look beautiful.

Black is the nicest and sharpest color when it's clean for about 5 mins. Then everything in the world seems to want to settle onto it.

 

yea, i avoid driving the car in the rain, unless for some reason i really "need" to drive it, or I got caught in the rain.

I usually do a weekly wash of the car as well...it's the price to pay for having sexiest colour

 

I have this same problem. I just gave up on cleaning it. I just let it get dirty, and clean it when I have time.

They did not have the Z in white when I bought it back in 2k2, otherwise I would have gotten white.

 

I too own a black Z track edition. It gets so dirty, but like other have said, what looks better than a shiny black driving around. Even if it is for only 10 minutes hahaa.

 

I traded my SB Z for a LS Z. No doubt the black is hands down the best looking car on the road when clean, but it never lasts. The LS stays clean looking for much longer. LS (or any lighter color) FTW!

silverstone is the best color. I was once a week on saturdays. They only thing dirty on Fri are the rims.
