Hey guys...anybody know a safe way to remove touch up paint without hurting the actual paint on the car? Thanks

It depends on exactly what you're trying to do.

If you (or previous owner) "fixed" some chips or scratches with touch-up paint and left a mound of paint there, then your best bet is to finish the job. You need to sand it down and polish it.

About half way down the page is a section titled "Chip and Scratch Repair". It explains the steps you have to go through to apply touch-up then sand and polish it back to looking like new.
