I normally don't like the lids, but they do flow nicely with the bumper. Don't normally like the single exhaust either, but the way you cut out the rear bumper makes it look pretty good. The only I would change are the wheels. Just not a fan of dark wheels IMHO.
Car overall looks very very aggressive, good job.

Has anyone seen any real eyelids that line up even with the front seam of the hood?

Either way you go, your Z is HOOOOOTT! I like it both ways. Maybe switch it up from time to time? Go a few months on, few months off? And again, your Z is HHHHHHHHHHHHHHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOTTTTTTTT!!!11!11

Thanks for the comments folks.

I was thinking of doing a hood as well. As for now, I think i'll keep it on for a little while.

i have the AUT eyelids, and they line up fine after i put a dremel to them before the install, i had to do more work one than the other

to the OP, keep them on since you like them, but i'd suggest taking them off and lining them up

Awesome car dude. I love the stance and the look of the rear tires bulging out. Good to see the paint is still holding up on the wheels.

Best pic. Keep eyelids off until you finish with sides and rear.

Yes get nismos or get spacers those wheels are tucked too far in.

The problem seems to be that they are too short, not too long. How does a dremel help?

well if you look at it closer, its not too short but the top needs to be moved over to line up with the hood, when that is done it should move the bottom edge down as well, i had the same exact problem with mine... i had to dremel the bottom corner underneath the eyelid where it touches the the headlight

its a 9.5 in the rear with 40mm offset with a 25mm spacer in the rear with stock 245 tires, the front is 8.5 with no spacer and i think either 30 or 20mm offset

Dude! I want my eyelids to look just like yours!!!

I had seen your car a week ago but could not find it again. I've been talking to Dan at MrZipps and even he was helping me find your car! I told him that I'd seen a DB Z with perfect eyelids but could not find it again! 10:1 it was yours!

Rockin!

Is there a thread where you described how you made yours so perfect? I understand you used a dremel, but I'm not clear on exactly which side you had to cut off.

Help please!
