well if you look the second picture in that post, it looks like the eyelid is too short from the front angle because the eyelid is sitting higher than the hood

i dremeled only the underside of the eyelid cause it was done after it was painted. the green arrows are the corners that i worked on the bottom side. the red line is where i had to cut some fiberglass off the sides, you can't see this part with the hood closed. i also had to take alot of fiberglass and gel at various areas underneath that were too thick that prevented the eyelid from fitting right, i had to work the flat areas and the corners. i could've installed the eyelids as is but it was bugging me. i suggest you just test fit it and see whats making it not line up and dremel it, then test fit again and dremel more etc. i hope this helps...

Thanks a million! That completely makes sense to me now.... you have no idea what an accomplishment you've achieved with that!

Your eyelids look the best of any I've seen yet. Great job and thanks again for the help. I'm calling Dan right now.

I really like how your car turned out, 97SupraTT. I think you've made a great street car on a budget (as far as the Z goes). Your execution is really good even though you used a lot of replica stuff.

Yeah when I painted them, the left one leaked so the fog sorta ruined it. I need to replace the lens i'm just too lazy to do it right now.

Nice, I have eyelids too, but... my personal preference: Eyelids look best on dark colored cars, because u can't hardly see the lines of the eyecovers.

Your pics are nice, the eyelids to go with the curvature of the front kit, but I think some people might this it's too cliché. Makes it look like a Klingon Prey of Bird or the Romulan D'deridex ship - lol

but nice work!
