CarbonLTD(Jim) Does it AGAIN!!!
Ok, now that I know everyone and their brother will come read this...
Remember me...the one who was...Less than happy w/ Jim a month ago or so. Well, in the end, he came through on that first hood, as you all know. We worked out a deal...I got the replacement hood...and whammy...another dent.
Well, guys, I can honestly say that Jim has reallly stepped up to the plate on this one. Instead of trying to get a new hood, as the TS seems to be having dents regularly for me , he asked that I take it to my shop and see if they can fix it. In the end, HE OFFERED to pay for the prep costs that my shop would have to charge me in order to get it nice and straight. This is an out-of-pocket expense for Jim...of his own accord.
So, for those of you doubting his customer service(as I was for a while), put your fears at ease. He has gone above and beyond on this issue for me. Also, he was very communicative with me throughout the whole ordeal. We IM'd back and forth, daily....well, multiple times daily. I heckled him I guess , but he didn't seem to mind and kept me completely up to date as to what was going on.
Thanks alot Jim!! I surely appreciate it!!!!

Yeah same, great customer service gets you more potential customers I guess.
Heh I should be a car salesman, I have experience in sales and actually give a crap about cars and my customers.
