About the brown or green, if you want to stand out I love the brown color that Interlagos Fire looks in some light. Like the shimmery dark brownish copper/bronze. I think the color is amazing, maybe you can do something like that. I was driving behind one a few weeks ago and the light on the rear just made it the prettiest metallic chocolate color.

Always easier to stick with something similar and you won't look so much value off your car. I would suggest going to see your friendly car painter and have a look at some colour charts. There are so many variations of any colour.

if it is illegal, then i know someone who needs a ticket. there is a chrome hummer h2 at one of the local custom stereo places. its on 28's and has the lambo doors. i believe its the owners. o and the chrome benz someone mentioned earlier was a sl and was done by renntech. in fact i believe it is for sale, unless it has already been bought.
this has been done to another Z here on these forums and It took him like forever and it was a PITA he said. It didnt turn out that good and its not street legal.
Im going to paint my Z 2 tone with Carbon fiber top half with asuka and seibon aftermarket pieces and paint the bottom half mercialago green as the pic b4. I always loved that colore and I think a green Z is going to be way unique

Why not a black base with color shift flake. It will flop between a gold metallic to a dark brown, I wouldn't use the straight cameleon color but just the flake. The same place that sells the chrome sells the color shift
