now i know what it reminded me of...it was another kit for the 350z that people started calling the "shredder helmet" bumper

If that car was ever driven for any length of time I wouldn't give that bumper very long. Look how close the muffler is to the bumper and I'm not sure if the muffler extends past the bumper. The wheels are horrible as well.

the kit doesn't seem all that functional. the mouth will obstruct the intercooler, plus it doesn't seem aerodynamic..

Yes, it is strictly for show. That was my intentions when I bought this particular Z stock, for
show only. I have a PPW I can drive around town daily, if needed and even considering a buying third Z to build for the track.
