Hey guys, I'm going to be adding Katzan Leather seats, I'm going with Red inserts with black Trim and the Z logo. I'm also having them add heated seats. The dealer quoted me a price of $1300, is this to much. I know I can get the leather seats alone for about $800.

That's way to much if you got to katskins web site they should have a list of installers give a few of them a call! I can gt mine done here for 850 installed.

 

Do a search, You can get them for much less! Someone here sells them. Cant remember who.

 

Search for ADT1 (Attention To Detail) - James (Conn.), selling them at a 20% discount. There are several threads.

 

I paid $620 installed (perforated red insert, black outside, red stitching), but that was a really good price. There are a couple of things to keep in mind when ordering: 1) The face of the headrest comes with the same color as the insert. It was supposed to be ~$30(?) more for a "black face" but my installer included both (black face and red face, no logo) at no extra charge. 2) If you want a black "crotch rest" remember to order it, as it normally comes the same color as the insert. As far as the seat warmer I believe that I was quoted $90 additional (installed).

BTW as far as the fit, it does take about two weeks for the seats to "stretch" out the wrinkles and then they look fine.
