Default OEM power leather in a base

So after doing some searches I'm not quite finding the information i'm looking for, hoping some one can help.

I have a 2006 base with the manual cloth seats. I have the opportunity to get the powered leather seats from another 2006. While I'm not really interested in the heated part, and I can take or leave the powered part, I do want the air bags to work.

Is it possible to move the leather to the cloth seat rails and keep it a manual? Did they make manual leather seats that would be an easier swap?
I'm not super wiring savy, and I would prefer to not have to pay some one to put these in as it would end up not being cheap anymore.

I am under the impression that the airbags will not work unless the car came with them originally. The leather elec seats are also crazy crazy heavy.

Mine has airbags already on the base seats. The ideal situation would be manual leather seats... if its possible to move all the leather and goodness over?

Base cars didn't have seat airbags.

can you swap a power heated seat with air bags to a Manuel non power seat. is it plug and play? I herd there are spare plugs under the seats. and the you can run the original heat switches to it original position where cars that came with it.

Doing research on your own doesn't include resurrecting old threads (six years here and almost 14 on the other one) trying to get a simple answer to your seat question. Most of the people on these threads have left a long time ago. Why not start a new thread in the 350Z maintenance and repair or the interior sections? You'll be more likely to attract a reply from somebody who is currently active and willing to share their knowledge.

Keep in mind that Nissan usually wired Z33 models for specific options. Power seats with heat may not work with an enthusiast Z. One way you can check is to pull the four 12 mm bolts and remove your driver seat to examine the wiring under there. Compare that with the plug under the power seat you want to buy and you'll have a more definitive answer.
