Default OMG!! tire barn messed up floor =(

I went to tire barn to get my wheels balanced, and they used wrong jack point. Basically my floor is pop up on driver side. I already talked to them about the damage, and they are going to pay for the damage. Is there anything inside of that rail? It looks like some kind of guard rail but i have no idea what goes inside of the rail.
Here are the pics.
Thanks in advice!!!

wait a minute. you said there was another guy on here who had that problem.

my z floorboard looks just like that. ill take a picture when i get a chance. is it supposed to be totally flat? cuz right near the door sill it is raised like that, forming a little valley in between the doorsill and the floor mat. sorry i know its hard to understand, but it looks JUST like that.

is that not normal?

im wondering if that guy didnt like sell his z or somethin and i ended up buyin it.

Why try to fix it yourself if they are going to pay to get it fixed? Get an estimate and make them write you a check and then fix it.
