Yeah, he just explained it to me. Go to Pepboys or something. They have rolls of the chrome door protectant strips. (They go on the edges of the doors.) Just cut them the size of the horizontal bars of the grill, and slip them on. They have adhesive inside. It looks amazing.

is there anyone who has pics of a Chrome silver with this grill??

also, is the finish FULL chrome, OR is it sort of a brushed/aluminum finish (if not, maybe it could be sanded/SOS pad down to bring down the brightness??)

I did it and if you want the ends to wrap around like I did, I put a little hot clue on the tips of the end for extra security.

I don't like the vertical pieces. I like the horizontal pieces but without the cutout for the tow hook. I think I might do this and see for myself. If I don't like how it looks live, I could always take it off and it only costs $6. No major risk here.
