Default Does Any One Know How To Put The Chrome Grill On!!!

I SAW A POST IN THAT SAID HE CHROMED HIS CURRENT GRILL FOR UNDER $10, DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO TO PUT THOSE TRUCK CHROME GAURDS ON THE GIRL, AND WHERE DO YOU GET THEM FROM

Yeah, he just explained it to me. Go to Pepboys or something. They have rolls of the chrome door protectant strips. (They go on the edges of the doors.) Just cut them the size of the horizontal bars of the grill, and slip them on. They have adhesive inside. It looks amazing.

just put mine in 2 days ago
didnt put them on vertically though.

did the wrap around thing.

Default Additioanl Adhesive Required?

Did you have to add any more adhesive to get them to stick on? How long have they been installed?

it has its own adhesive.
just buy it and put in on.

I did it and if you want the ends to wrap around like I did, I put a little hot clue on the tips of the end for extra security.

I don't like the vertical pieces. I like the horizontal pieces but without the cutout for the tow hook. I think I might do this and see for myself. If I don't like how it looks live, I could always take it off and it only costs $6. No major risk here.
