LOLOLOL.. thanks for the books (darn photoshopers )

Here are the install pictures:

We laid up the diffuser to the kit.. and saw that the ends of the diffuser curved up a hair more then the ING's rear, So some cutting was required..
Once we lined up the rear brackets to get the right positioning.. we marked.

Here is Juan.. very carefully starting the first of a few painful, but skillful cuts.

One side down.

The next side.

Had to bend the bracket a bit to make it match the angle of the bumper a bit better.

Getting it perfect.

Couple more lay ups of the diffuser, some marks, measuring, then measuring again.. time to drill.

We did have to move this bracket forward to ensure that the mounting points would line up on the bumper.

2 out of 3 .. not bad.. should hold fine.

Same for the other side.

Bracket mounted P

Bracket mounted D

Middle Bracket on... just about there...

And some final shots.. and thoughts. The Rear brackets (that mount to the chassis) went on like butter, once we figured out which side is which.
Also with the Invidia Exhaust, we had to notch the diffuser a little bit so the Passenger side pipe would not interfere with the diffuser.

Again.. Thanks first and foremost Matt (THE TECH), and Dave & Juan (Function Tuned) For everything.

I'll try and get out of the office with some daylight left, and get some better pictures for you all.

~Mike

Glad everything worked out. I wished I could have "bent" my brackets, but the original ones are fiberglass.

K..Got Home from work.. pulled her out of the garage and took a few shots before the rain comes ....

A few things that we need to address... looks like the left vortex gen. was not loose.. but not quite mounted prefectly.. I'll get that fixed at Functioned soon enough....

Other than that.. I did see my first leaf shoot out the rear... it was kinda cool...

FYI, it looks like you put in the two center screws backwards. The heads go on the outside.

Can't wait to see it in person Mike. I thought some were saying that it wouldn't fit right on an INGs bumper.

nm: I see you had to modify the bumber. Looks great!

Hmm...Would that work with an exhaust like the Nismo? I wonder if that can be added to my setup...

the vortex generators should be flat on the bottom, but i guess you really can't do that with this install.. the air is suppose to come off the rear wheel, be 'smoothed' with the flat portion, and curl itself around the outter rounded loop and be shot backward, in counter-rotating vortices...idea is help shape airflow behind the car...
