I don't like Porsche body styling at all, to be honest. Headlights are all round and ugly looking . . . .

I currently own a 1987 Porsche 944 Turbo, and the most distinctive parts of the car to me is the wide fenders and the signature 944 wing. I threw a bearing out in the fall, so i've been looking into buying a new car, and discovered the Z. Wide fenders, just like my Porsche, made me feel really happy about this car, and a little better about selling my lovechild (944).

Found a beautiful 06' Leftover New Z, Silverstone, drove it and fell in love.
I was searching around for body modifications this week and i ran into the Stillen Type-1 rear wing... BINGO. This wing reminds me 100% of the wing on my 944.

Here are some comparison photos:

the 944 spoiler also has that small Lip on top that looks like it could trap water, just like the stillen one.

After finding this wing, i am a very happy man

I have a Dar Texas rear spoiler that looks like the Stillen Type 1 and I thought the same as you, that it reminds me of a Porshe wing. I also had a 944 for a few years that my wife drove. I think this spoiler flows with the body much better than the Nismo type.

If you want the Porsche look I'd do the following.

Stillen V2 with Lip:

Then I'd throw on Veilside V2 Rear Wing Greddy Side Skirts and Rear Valence:

Add your favorite rims and presto..Porsche look-a-like

Having just purchased the Stillen V2 with splitter...I must say it really favors Porsche styling. Too bad most Porsches will only see my rear bumper and not the front.

I got the Z because I love the lines of the Z!!!!

I don't even like Porsches exterior. Like I said before, I think ALL Porsches (including the CGT) has really ugly fronts, especially the way how the hood "grooves down" and the headlight housing and stuff are sticking outwards.

Looks like frogs eyes to me . . . face . . mouth . . . . ewwww gross.

That said, Lamborghini/Ferrari ftw. And of course, the Z.

+1. Z has better lines than the porche. Good design doesn't necessarily go w/ higher prices.

Z looks better than a Porsche? I would trade my Z in for a GT2/GT3/Turbo/C4/C4S in either a 996 or 997. As much as I've put in the d*mn car I should've bought a used one and had done. Kind of pissed I didn't do that.
