can a new style 06-07 center consule be installed in an 03? i like the changes that were made and it looks to be better built than the earlier ones.

would you happen to know what the differences are? dash, transmission tunnel etc? if it makes a difference i wanted to change the the whole thing from the the triple gauges pocket/navi spot back to the glove box panel.

 

If you change it from the gauges down, you prob. can make it work. I don't know anyone who has tried yet, so I can't say for sure. I do know that you can't just switch the A/C and below out as it does not match up to the radio and up.

 

i like the new AC ***** better .. adds more life to it with the different color.. though it reminds me of a honda

 

sorry to bring this tread back from the dead but i have one other question. is the dash board the same from 03-07? if i were to change the whole center console from top of the dash to the rear of the center console i wonder if it would work with very little modification. anybody have any ansewer to this?
