What is the average lifespan of the hatch shocks lasting people? The one on the passenger side makes this loud CLICK that can also be seen shifting when it clicks, when it goes halfway down. Car is 14 months old with about 18,000 miles on it.

I do probably use my hatch more than most people but I mean 14 months and it crapped out already. Kinda weak.
