$$$ to paint/install Aerosync/Nismo USDM SS
have used the body shop twice before... use them because they do equally good work as any other local shop for less money... they wouldn't quote me w/o knowing the work involved... so i left them the car and told them to call me when fitted it... of course i called today and they said they were clearing it right now... they dropped a hint that it took them a couple of hours to get the sidemarkers i provided to fit... i have to pick it up tomorrow and i'm worried shytless they are going to corn hole me... any ideas on what aerosync front and nismo usdm sides painted(silverstone) and installed would run me on the high side?
when i had my aerosync bumper put one my guy charged me an extra 100 bucks to mess with the side markers. I think I could have did a better job. They probably needed to make the holes a little different for the side of the reflector.
i fitted my stuff myself and the aerosync required very little fiddling to make the corners fit. just a little sanding to smooth it out. ionno what they were doing for a couple hours...

paint matches perfect... i'm going to have them look at a run in the clear next week on the bumper... i cant tell you how happy i am with kit choice i made... i'll post pics tonight...
i fitted my own aerosync bumper, brought the hood, aerosync bumper, and headlights in with my truck. I was suppose to pick it up today but they haven't buffed it out yet. I will pick it up on monday. So with all of that and the headlights recleared using PPG paint and PPG 2021 clearcoat, they are only charging me 800.
They do great work though. A lot of restorations on muscle cars. They were going to do a good job on wetsanding but the 350z stock has a good amount of orange peel so i told them don't make it too smooth so it will match up with the rest of the body.
Fitting it was a breeze because of the urethane. If i would of let them take off my stock bumper, fit the new bumper, paint and then reinstall, it would of been 1400 because of labor. Hope that helps. Make sure you get good paint brand.
