Some lowered pics and my blacked out emblem
my car is lowered on tokico shocks/tanabe gf210 springs and the emblem I did myself what do you think?

you just spray painted the emblem black?
btw- i like the aggressive stance on your front wheels, seen in the rear 3/4 shot. did you space them out?

yeah I sanded and spray painted it, and i did not space them out the rims are all on a +12 offset and the front tire is a little streched thats why it looks like that.

very nice job on the emblem. There's minimal orange peel, and it's a nice match.

What grit did you use to sand ? clear coat? paint (home depot/pep boys)?
Planning to do the same here so good job on posting the results!

I took off the emblem and used I think a 300 grit. The paint was high temp engine paint (gloss) but then put two more coats of just gloss.

Looks great. Im in the process of painting my emblems black, but Im using a flat black rather than gloss.

Drop and wheels look freakin great. I got the Tokico shocks, now just thinking about swapping the Tein for the Tanabe springs. hmmm..
