Default My 07 CF Air Guide II, had to "customize" it...

So I ordered this "Carbon Fiber Air Guide II, 03-07 350z" part from thezstore.com (not knockin the store either, just for informational purposes). Turns out, they just put the 07 there b/c it fits. Even though it fits, there was no cutout on the passenger side for the dual intake....

So I pulled out the good ol' dremel multi-purpose cutter, grinder, sander, polisher and....

there she is

Was actually pretty easy to cut it to make fit, I shoulda took closer pics to show yall that it actually looks almost retail (if i spent a little more time i could probably make it 100% clean)

Only thing that pissed me off are those 2 little white dimples. Those are from these little metal buttons on my hood (bolts i guess) and only 2 of them happen to stick out far enough to put a scratch in it...

After the picture, I took a wet finger to it and basically cleared up the scratches a bit, now there just tiny pits though.
I'm sure I could polish/wax it and make it all better, but they'll just come back.
Kinda pissed about that.

Thought about it...
I'm gona polish it and wax it, and probably put a little bit of rubber under those 2 bolts on the hood.
That's the best I'll be able to do I guess.
