Why do you say that? I love the "show" aspect of brides, but will the XAX be suitable and be functional for track days down the road? Basiclly, if they are similarly supportive as stock seats, then I don't see any point in getting the XAX. Basically, I want a supportive seat for the track, yet a comfortable seat as a DD. ERGOII is "sopposed" to be the compromise between the XAX and the BRIX (as far as the reclining seats go). And no, I don't want a non-reclinable.

Since I'll bet most of your driving will not be on the track, you will be upset if you get the Ergo due to your size.

^ I see. But what do you think about my other comment, is the XAX even worth getting? Better then the stock seat? I appreciate the feedback. I'm hoping to try out a ergoII in person next week.

I can't say since I've only used the Brix and Pros personally. Since the Ergo and the Brix are pretty close (and I don't like the Brix), I would suggest the Xax over them.

Why don't you check out Vorga or Cuga seats? Or there is also the Stradia and Gias.

^ More $$$$$ correct? Also, the Gias sit a bit too low for my taste.

OK here is the deal with them

Brix has the biggest thigh bolster and also the biggest shoulder bolsters - is also tends to grip the kidney area a bit more than the XAX and Ergo do

The XAX has the shallowest thigh bolsters of all of them - the top half of the XAX is identical to the Ergo.

The Brix and XAX are narrowest at the top half, the Ergo has a bit more room (20mm wider)

I personally run the Brix in my own car, and at 5'11, 190 lbs, they are terrific for me
